Services and Opportunities

ncNegosyo Center Program is responsible for promoting ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Republic Act No. 10644 otherwise known as the “Go Negosyo Act,” seeks to strengthen MSMEs to create more job opportunities in the country. The Program started in 2014, with 5 Centers established in the islands of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Since then, more Centers have been set up nationwide bringing ease of doing business closer to MSMEs in all regions. Negosyo Centers help stimulate entrepreneurship development as MSMEs contribute substantially in driving the Philippine economy. Negosyo Centers are found in strategic areas convenient for the existing and would-be entrepreneurs, such as DTI offices, Local Government Units (LGU), academe, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and malls.   LEARN MORE...

Gov. Hermilando I. Mandanas
RDC Chairperson

The RDC, as the premier body in promoting the socio-economic development in the region, is continually faced with the challenge of coordinating with its members, local government units, and various stakeholders.

Through the Calabarzon Database Portal (CDP) project, the RDC and its member agencies can broaden their reach and improve their ability in responding to the needs of the general public for critical information and expedite access to government services in the region. The portal is an online one-stop shop where member agencies can inform the public of their services and identify other services needed by their clients. This feedback system can help the agencies respond to the changing needs of their clients.

In our pursuit of effective and efficient governance, I encourage everyone to support and use the CDP.

PSR. Ladislao L. Andal
RDC Co-Chairperson

The Regional Development Council has invested in the CALABARZON Database Portal to respond to the challenges posed by the changing times.

The operation of the portal will enable the Council adapt to the emerging trend of shifting to online platforms. As the first of its kind among the initiatives of RDCs in the country, the portal will increase accessibility of online services operated by government agencies, LGUs, and SUCs in CALABARZON region.

We hope that through this database portal, CALABARZON will be able to surmount the problem of physical barriers as a constraint in accessing government services.

Dir. Luis G. Banua
RDC Vice Chairperson

As we begin to confront the uncertainties brought about by disruptions from hard lockdowns due to the pandemic, we at the RDC are confident that the Council is ever ready to adjust to the challenges posed by the new normal.

The RDC ensures that its planning, investment programming, monitoring functions, and coordinating the delivery of technical assistance to its stakeholders in the region continue without delay even in the midst of disruptive calamities such as pandemics. The creation of the CALABARZON Database Portal (CDP) will make the Council all the more proactive in performing its mandated functions. The versatility of the CDP will not only present a centralized digital platform to a wide variety of available services that can be accessed by the general public, but it will also offer a unique and innovative opportunity for agencies and LGUs to promote the online visibility of their services in the region.

The RDC will continue to look for innovative solutions and set new milestones to accomplish as we work together building the strong foundation of inclusive growth, high trust and resilient society, and a globally competitive knowledge economy for the CALABARZON region. Our common efforts will be guided towards “Matatag, Maginhawa at Panatag na Buhay Ambisyon Natin 2040.”
